Get The Picture Corporation recognizes the importance of your photo. Our Customer Service Team is always available to assist you via email.

Please email us at: help@gtpcorp.com with the following details about your photo:

  1. Date of your visit
  2. Venue and/or Location of photo taken (i.e. Hersheypark Skyrush)
  3. Photo Number (if known)
  4. Photo ID Number (Sixteen digit code provided on your receipt)
  5. A Brief description of the person(s) in the photo. For example, please give details about the number of people in the photo, their age and gender, and even a description of the clothing they were wearing.
